ADD and Loving It
ByA great new TV documentary was just aired on ADD/ADHD. It’s called: ADD and Loving it. This documentary includes a Canadian Comedian – Patrick McKenna, as he explores what ADD means, and shares his personal experiences with it.
This documentary contains great scientific information, with interviews with many great ADD/ADHD experts and authors. The host also shares many of his personal experiences. Sharing this information with a good sense of humor, as well as great science behind it leads to a wonderful explanation of what ADD/ADHD is and how to live well with it.
The documentary is currently up online – though I don’t know how long it will remain up there for you to see.
So, grab a cup of tea or coffee (or a glass of milk or water), and go over to this site here, and watch the 43+ minutes of great information on ADD/ADHD.
Enjoy!

This was a great show, I caught bits and pieces of it. My son’s sort o say it but could not sit still long enough to watch it. Imagine that. I will see if I can get them to watch in on line.

I had a great time reading your article and the website you linked at the bottom about Patrick McKenna. The show was awesome!
Never heard about Patrick McKenna before but I really liked him, btw It was a great show, congrats
It’s very informative. The video taught me on how to deal with my kid having ADHD. I realized that nothing is really hard if you are are determined and equipped with knowledge in handling such thing. Thanks for posting and for sharing the video link.
Great video! I believe I have Adult ADD and had it for many years. I spoke to my doctor about this and her reply was, “you’re not getting Ritalin from me, so forget it.” That was the end of the conversation. How do you find a doctor who is sympathetic? Annee
