The good news about this price change is that poorer folks can afford the cheaper dosages but the ones that need 25mg and 30mg's might have to pay more. Luckily Canada has a decent nation-wide medical subsidy program (like the US has medicare and medicaid) so hopefully the people who need this stuff can still get the meds they need. I guess the price changes occured because the company was losing money on the 25mg and 30mg bottles? Usually price fixing doesn’t really work as it has unintended consequences for a company or country (economics and finance reasoning for this). Luckily Canada has a decent nation-wide medical subsidy program (like the US has medicare and medicaid) so hopefully the people who need this stuff can still get the meds they need.
