ADHD Lecture in Georgetown, Ontario

I’m pleased to announce that I will be doing a live lecture on ADD and ADHD in Georgetown, Ontario, on May 7th, 2009.
The title is: Attention Difference Disorder ™: How to Turn Differences into Strengths – ADHD in Kids, Teens and Adults

This talk is being run by the hospital that I work for – Halton Healthcare – and it will be Free for you to attend live.

Here are the specifics for this lecture:
1) Time and Date: Thursday May 7, 2009 – Displays and Refreshments at 6:30 pm and lecture begins at 7 pm. I will speak for about 1 hour and then answer some questions for about 30 minutes.
2) Location: Halton Hills Cultural Center – 9 Church Street, Georgetown, Ontario.

During this talk, I’ll share my perspective on ADHD – i.e. how differences may better explain ADHD than deficits, and how you can turn those differences into strengths. This will be a practical overview on ADHD, and it’s free for you to attend.
