UPDATE:
After the comments below – I have contacted the administrator of the program to check about international applications.
Here is what I found out:
Melinda Cloud, of Eli Lilly, wrote to me today by email:

The scholarship program is open to everyone worldwide. It will cover tuition in any country at an accredited school with an accredited program.

So, if you meet the criteria of the scholarship – do apply, even if you are not in the US.

Is this Scholarship only available to residents in the United States?

  2. Hi Karla,
The short answer to your question is: I’m not sure.
I have gone through the website, and included a link to the application form.
SInce it is not totally clear to me if Canadians, Europeans, etc. are allowed to apply, I sent an email to the administrator of the program.
As soon as I know the answer – I will post it here as another comment, or add it to the body of the post.
    Thanks,
    Dr. Kenny

We are adding the Focus On Your Possibilities Scholarship Program to our database. We need more scholarships like this to give those with ADHD/ADD the same opportunity as those who do not have this disease. You can search forScholarships for ADHD . TODAY.

  4. Alex says:

Why is it a requirement that participants have to be 25 or older? I am 19, have ADHD, and am a freshman at University of Houston. I am studying engineering. My parents are also struggling to pay for college because we are middle class and make too much to qualify for financial aid, other than loans, which is putting them in a lot of debt. I would like to be able to participate in your program. Do you know of anything that I could qualify for?

    Respectfully yours,
    Alex
