ByOn a recent family vacation to New York City, I had the privilege of meeting Bonnie Mincu, a respected Adult ADD/ADHD Coach. I met her for breakfast at a great little place in Greenwich Village. Although we have spoken on the phone and by email, this was the first time that we met in person. After our discussion – Bonnie graciously agreed to let me interview her on video camera.
I asked Bonnie about coaching for Adult ADD/ADHD, as well as her home study course for ‘self coaching’.
