Excellent resource, Dr. Handelman. The overwhelming nature of adult ADHD is exacerbated by techno gadgets. I found that eliminating the distractions of cell phones and text devices has immeasurably simplified my life. I know the mantra of, “I need my cell phone.”
Yes, we may need our cell phones, but to the extent to where it is permanently affixed to our ear lobe.
