The overwhelming nature of adult ADHD is exacerbated by techno gadgets. I found that eliminating the distractions of cell phones and text devices has immeasurably simplified my life. I know the mantra of, "I need my cell phone." Yes, we may need our cell phones, but to the extent to where it is permanently affixed to our ear lobe. Don Excellent resource, Dr. Handelman.
