		<description>I think we also need to consider that the window of opportunities is narrow for ADDers, I have many traits that would make me ideal for Air Traffic Control and I have passed the UK tests for train driving, but since diagnosis, I wonder if I would be successful in those roles. Employers look at what you can&#039;t do rather than what you can do in my experience; success for ADD in the work place can also be governed by style of managers and flexibility of the role. The impact of things going badly has more weight than the successes as well, the ratio is wrong due to the sensitivity of self esteem in the ADDer.</description>
