Well, I’m not trying to “rig” anything, but learning to control the many benefits of ADD while learning to manage the negatives has allowed me to reach new levels of success in my life. ADD, if treated correctly, turns out to be a gift. Where I was once embarrassed to be identified as having the disorder, I am now proud to be among the gifted few.

I think of it like an odd superpower; it’s the geek in me, I know, but bear with me on this one. I receive certain abilities, (hyper-focus, compassion, creativity) balanced by negatives, (disorganization, distraction, comorbidities). By focusing on how to identify the benefits of this attention management issue while learning how to manage the drawbacks I have an almost unfair advantage over others. Redefining treatment to enhance the benefits of the “disorder” while building lifelong coping mechanisms to manage the negatives is a way for us to not only tap our unique gifts, but help others in identifying the potential locked in what was once considered a social, personal, educational, and societal deficiency.

Find The Genius In ADD

This is the beginning of a new method to “rig” ADD so it actually becomes a good thing… instead of the commonly held notion that it’s a “Disorder” and holds you back from a successful life.

PS - My daughter was 11 months, not 11 years when her dad left, she is 11 years now.
I did go to family Dr. at the request of my parents. Dr said well, maybe they are right. I went to a specialist and filled out pages of personal info and then waited 4 months for appoint. When to the appointment where Dr. said that yes, it appears that I suffer ADD. for him to treat me it would cost $400.00 for testing so I could be treated appropriately. (Yea right!) and he wanted to sell me a book from his web site. NO kidding!

Hi Virginia,
Thank you so much!
Well, even two ADD doctors can make mistakes (blush).
I've sent it back to the graphics guy to get it fixed.
Thank you for pointing that out.
Dr. Kenny
p.s. but did you find the content helpful?

Hi Kenny -

I downloaded the "Find the Genius" report. The cover has a huge typo - the word "the" is in the title twice. "the the".
