Hi Dr. Handelman,

I was wondering if you have ever heard of using natural products to help? I use a natural product that is categorized as an NRF2 activator. Currently on pubmed.gov, there are 7 peer-reviewed studies and 2 published papers about how the product is helping in Cancer, Heart disease and, just the overall reduction of Oxidative Stress. Recently, many parents are putting their children on it. I did as my oldest suffered from severe migraines and it is helping amazingly. Others whose children have autism and add/adhd, they are seeing very favorable results however, there are studies yet on those. I share this for educational purposes only as I am so excited to see how it has helped me and my family.

I am sure that people will comment negatively here as the method in which you get this product is from a distributor.... people have a negative look on this method.... but to the haters of networking..... it's okay... I won't even put my info here on how to get it. I just really believe in it and wanted to share. If anyone is interested in more, you can send me an email at healthandbalance@hotmail.com and I can give you more information. Please be kind.... I am not attacking anyone here. I really am a believer and that is that.

I think that was a great question and I have heard it asked before from other parents I know whose chidren have adhd. I also think that it answers any questions I might have as well about behavior. I like hearing these questions as it gets me thinking of other problems, such as my son who is in grade 10 now has trouble with P.E and I now realize that it is alot of instructions to take in and if he wasn't focused he wouldn't have a clue as to what to do! I try to remind his new teacher at the begining of each year.

I find that after diagnosis and treatment it is much easier to understand and accept my husband's occasional 'bad behavior'. Meds are wonderful but understanding is crucial!
